Empowerment and Personal Safety

Jennifer is from London, England, and moved to the USA in 2004.  She is an expert in Empowerment and Personal Safety. Jennifer formed Powerhouse Strong in November 2014 as a response to the ever-increasing statistics on the number of individuals that are emotionally, verbally and physically assaulted each year. She made reducing these statistics a passion and personal goal. The Powerhouse Strong curriculum is based on her education in Psychology and 20+ years of Martial Arts experience. Jennifer is the proud winner of the 2017 Woman On Fire Award in the category of Community Activist for her work with Powerhouse Strong. Additionally, she was Honored by the Jeanette Rankin Foundation in 2017 for her commitment to Protect and Empower females.

Powerhouse Strong will build your confidence and courage to live life to its fullest without the fear of a threat to Personal Safety. This education is designed to create Emotional, Psychological and Physical Safety. This includes learning the skills to protect yourself against controlling, manipulative and abusive behavior, having the ability to identify and observe the red flags and equipping yourself with practical tools and techniques to protect yourself in a potentially threatening situation. Additionally, it develops the confidence to be free from the fear of speaking up and speaking out.
 

The Powerhouse Strong woman is a strong and fearless warrior, who holds the shield of confidence to protect herself against harm and negativity.

The Powerhouse Strong woman is motivated by goals. She has a Black Belt mentality, achieving her goals through perseverance, patience and self control.

The Powerhouse Strong woman overcomes obstacles and is not discouraged . She always gives it her best and NEVER, EVER gives up on her goals and aspirations.

No mountain is too high for the Powerhouse Strong woman. She is unstoppable and strong and lives with confidence and compassion in her heart.
